You heard one of our presentations, you tasted the awesome juices we make, you attended one of our classes, you even let us coach you through a 7 day juicing experience. And even if none of the above are true…yet…I still have one question for you…
How’s it going for you today?
Are you reaching your weight goals, are you feeling more energetic, have you thrown away those prescription meds you wanted to rid yourself of, are you keeping up with the grandkids when they come to visit, are you feeling happier at work, at home, when hanging out with the relatives…if you are saying yes to most of these, that’s awesome. Keep up the good work!!
If you answered no to several of these, then stop for a moment and reflect on what’s happening. Are you getting your daily dose of fresh juices, are you getting enough sleep, are you taking time to relax and recharge yourself with some quiet, reflective time every day, are you getting up and moving or exercising every day? Are you having fun?
Have you strayed a little off course? Maybe eating a little too much pizza lately or depending on the lattes to wake you up in the morning again?
Are you disappointed that you have stopped some of the new healthy habits you adopted last year that made such an incredible difference in your life?
Well, then it’s time as the old song says to “Pick yourself up, Dust yourself off, and Start all over again!”
And here’s the really great news…when you start over now, you will have a whole new experience with your healthy habits.
That’s right…because you are now a different person than you were last year, this January, or even 3 weeks ago. (BTW, how did those exercise and weight loss resolutions work out for you?)
Right now is the very best time for you to get back on track and get moving again…back on your journey to optimum health, emotional freedom, and spiritual awakening. And I’ve got a simple, three-step formula to jump start your spring.
So…get out your post-it notes, your daily reminder book, your journal, the back of the envelop you just got in the mail, whatever you have handy, grab your pen and here we go:
Step #1: Dust off the juicer and put it back on the counter.
Don’t have one??!! Then get one…NOW. What are you waiting for? Listen, there is no better time than spring to start helping your body heal itself. And there’s no better way to do that than with fresh juices. There is just that much more stale stuff sitting in your body that’s accumulated over the winter months of indulging in heavy foods and inactivity, especially if you “caught the bug” and it knocked you down for a few days.
Like everything else in nature, your body is just primed and ready to wake up and shake off the winter doldrums.
So go get a juicer, pick up “A Little Book of Our Favorite Juicing Recipes”, and start drinking at least 10-16 ounces of juice every day. Do it first thing in the morning so it gets done. Make extra to take with you to work for your morning break and get your day started right.
Ready for a springtime juice cleanse? Our “Transformational Juicing Journey” program will take you there. If you’d like to join us for this incredible juice immersion experience, put yourself on the notification list and we’ll tell you all about it when we start the next journey.
And if you aren’t even sure what a juicer is this article will help you with that (and help you purchase one if necessary).

Whatever works for you to start drinking your daily dose of fresh juices…just do it…and start right now!
Step #2: Get Up and Move!
Get up from your desk at work or couch at home and take a walk outside. There are no more excuses now…the weather is awesome and your body is craving that fresh springtime air and energizing sunlight. You don’t have to walk 10 miles or break any speed records. Just 10 minutes will fly by faster than you realize and get you started on clearing out the winter cobwebs.
Step #3: Go Have Some FUN!
How do you do that? Heck, I don’t know – just go have a good time.
-
Do something you enjoy doing.
-
Do something that makes you smile or laugh.
-
Do something that lifts up your spirits.
